Artist Agreement

Promotion

 

  • Artist(s) are expected to promote the Sparam Live Stream performance with one (1) post including all performance details two (2) days prior to the performance and one (1) post including all performance details on the day of performance.

  • Instagram – @sparamentertainment

  • Facebook – @sparamentertainment

 

Pre-Check-in

 

  • Artist(s) Entering Venue – Current Operating Procedures Document (THIS EXACT DOCUMENT) must be read, understood, signed and submitted before admittance (FILL IN INFORMATION AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE).

  • Artist(s) Guest list (limited to 2) to be submitted to streams@sparamentertainment.com no later than twenty-four (24) hours before set. This total includes any technicians, photographers, assistants, family, friends, or strangers. The limit is the Artists + 2 and that is it. Photo Identification is required to enter. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted access.

  • Artist(s) to provide social media tags and links including artist logo and visual assets (Artist/Band Pics for Promo). Please add social and website links at bottom of this page and email assets to: streams@sparamentertainment.com

  • Artist(s) will be able to host the Sparam Live Stream through their personal facebook and instagram account. Log in credentials must be provided no less than 24 hours prior to the date of the live stream. Please email these credentials to streams@sparamentertainment.com

  • No Illegal Drugs, No Weapons, No Smoking indoors, No Vaping indoors allowed. This is non negotiable. Anyone who fails to abide with these rules will be asked to leave. Any use during the performance will result in immediate termination of the stream.

 

Check-in

  • Arrive no earlier than thirty (30) minutes before scheduled sound check time . No admittance will be granted prior to this.

  • BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE – Please click here and scan yourself into the screening area: www.sparamentertainment.com/covid19-questionnaire

  • Proceed to check-in “SCREENING” area, and if you have not checked in, please scan QR coded sign at the screening area - look for this sign...

  • Arrive wearing approved face mask

    • You will receive gloves and eyewear if needed

    • Bandanas are NOT sufficient PPE

    • Masks are required to be worn properly at all times

  • Temperature taken by qualified screener

    • Artist(s)’s temperature, time of arrival, and picture received and inputted into system by qualified screener

    • Screener and venue will adhere to guidelines created through HIPAA. Information is considered to be sensitive and will not be accessed through public avenues.

  • Receive wrist band

Check-in Booth requirements

​

  • Artist(s) are to remain 7ft apart (see signage on floor for designated standing locations)

  • Artist(s) proceed single file to the check-in area

  • Once at the booth, artist(s) will adhere to the rules provided by the qualified Screener

  • If artist(s) does not show signs of COVID 19, artist then proceeds to the performance area

  • If artist(s) does show signs of COVID 19 (coughing, temperature over 100.4°, shortness of breath, etc.), artist then immediately exits.​

  • If required, check-in personnel will provide artist(s) with any additional PPE, Personal Protective Equipment

  • If PPE, Personal Protective Equipment, does not fit or work for the artist(s), the artist(s) will dispose of the equipment in the Biohazard bin provided

 

Inside the venue

 

  • DO NOT include the address of the filming location or Geo Tag any posts of the venue

  • No Backstage photos or videos to be taken inside of the venue. Media of any kind from inside the venue must be approved prior to any use

  • Each area is disinfected prior to arrival

  • In greenroom, Sparam Staff reiterates venue guidelines (posted on wall near door) to artist(s)

  • Within greenroom, artist(s) will be provided with snacks, and water

  • Sparam staff will show artist(s) designated restroom(s)

  • Sparam Staff will introduce other crew members to help ensure artist(s) safety

  • While in the venue, artist(s) will adhere to all social distancing rules:

    • Remain seven (7) feet apart from all workers, artist(s), and guest(s)

    • Wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

    • Wash hands frequently (if applicable)

    • Follow all posted signs to ensure the safety of you and those around you.

 

Guidelines if artist(s) brings equipment to venue

 

If artist(s) brings personal gear / equipment to venue day of show, he/she will be required to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Drop equipment off in designated area, Sparam Staff will inform artist(s) of said location, 30 minutes prior to artist(s) entering building to allow outside gear / equipment to get disinfected

  • Artist(s) will sign waiver acknowledging venue is not responsible for damage to gear / equipment due to disinfecting

  • Artist(s) is required to transport gear / equipment to designated location, no crew member will be allowed to touch gear / equipment until gear / equipment has been disinfected


Show Time

 

ARTIST(S) MUST REFRAIN FROM USING OBSCENE, INDECENT, OR PROFANE LANGUAGE OR GESTURES DURING THE LIVE STREAM. 

 

IF THE ARTIST(S) USE(S) OBSCENE, INDECENT, OR PROFANE LANGUAGE OR GESTURES DURING THE LIVE STREAM, THE LIVE STREAM WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.  

 

It is a violation of federal law to air obscene programming at any time. It is also a violation of federal law to broadcast indecent or profane programming during certain hours. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) defines indecent speech as material that, in context, depicts or describes sexual or excretory organs or activities in terms patently offensive as measured by contemporary community standards for the broadcast medium.

 

Obscene content does not have protection by the First Amendment.  For content to be ruled obscene, it must meet a three-pronged test established by the Supreme Court: It must appeal to an average person’s prurient interest; depict or describe sexual conduct in a “patently offensive” way; and, taken as a whole, lack serious literary, artistic, political or scientific value.

Profane content includes “grossly offensive” language that is considered a public nuisance.

 

  • Fifteen (15) minutes prior to artist(s) taking the stage, Sparam Staff will escort artist(s) to waiting area by stage

  • Artist(s) will be allowed to keep personal paraphernalia in assigned greenroom during show

 

***SPECIAL NOTE*** ALL PERFORMANCES WILL BE LIVE STREAMED THROUGH THE SPARAM LIVE STREAM PLATFORMS OF CHOICE UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED PRIOR TO BROADCAST.

 

After Show

 

Once in greenroom, artist(s) has fifteen (15) minutes to gather personal paraphernalia, use restroom, etc. before being escorted out of the venue

 

At this time, no artist(s) is allowed to remain within the venue after their set without prior consent from venue.

​

Sparam Entertainment and supporting members reserve the right to use photos, audio, and video of the live performances, interviews, and candid moments in any promotional outlet.

BY SIGNING THIS FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM AWARE OF CERTAIN RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN PUBLIC EVENTS DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, AND THAT I AM CHOOSING TO ENTER THE VENUE

​MY UNDERSTANDING - I understand that by leaving my home, I am exposing myself to a greater risk of becoming infected with coronavirus, or infecting other people.
